I didn't build this to impress you. I built it because it's the actual job, and I wanted to do a piece of it before we ever spoke.
I've run a founder's office before, at Dream Play. I know the Chief of Staff job isn't the exciting part. It's the operating rhythm that makes the review run itself, the margin call nobody wants to make, the follow-through after everyone has left the room. That's the work I'm good at, and it's the work I like.
Sleepy Owl isn't an abstract brief for me either. I drink the coffee. So building this was closer to fun than homework. If the office I sketched here is the kind you want running behind you, let's talk.
