I've spent about ten years across Bain, Gartner, and Dream Sports. Most recently I ran the founder's office at Dream Play, a 0-to-1, AI-native consumer venture. At Bain that meant 30+ engagements, including $100M+ in FMCG post-acquisition synergy and a $50M+ EBITDA operating-model redesign. And I build AI products myself, hands on the keyboard, this site included.
Why this exists
A cover letter tells you what I can do. This lets you use it.
Everything here is a working piece of the founder's office I'd run for Sleepy Owl. Move the P&L and watch the margin move. Generate the board update it feeds. Read a decision the way I'd frame it. The figures are illustrative and labelled that way. Swap in your real ones and I'd work exactly the same way.

Coffee corner
I'm particular about the morning cup. At-home coffee isn't an abstract category for me, it's a daily ritual I actually think about. That's part of why this brief was fun to build rather than a chore.
